This includes dogs purchased by you as a puppy.

Part of our agreement with you may be to show that dog, if you stop doing that the dog MUST be returned to us immediately.NO BREEDING SHOULD take place without our consent.

 

Adopting a Eurobichons/Versailles  Dog – The Rules At EB/Versailles Dog Rescue, we are passionate about dogs and we are determined that our dogs go to caring and loving homes that are suited to each individual dog. That's why we take such care in matching every single dog with an ideal adopter. To ensure the welfare and happiness of our dogs, we need stringent rules!

1. Every EB/Versailles dog is the property of EB/Versailles Dog Rescue and will remain so after adoption.
2. EB/Versailles Welfare Officers will visit adopters to ensure the ongoing welfare of the dog and must be given access to the dog at the adopter's home. If at any time the Welfare Officer considers that the dog is not being kept in accordance with these rules, he has full authority to reclaim the dog and return it to EB/Versailles Dog Rescue.
3. No EB/Versailles dog is to be kept outside, tied up or in a kennel and run.
4. No  dog may be rehomed to a flat or maisonette.
5. A prior home visit by a EB/Versailles Welfare Officer is obligatory prior to rehoming.
6. No EB/Versailles dog may be allowed to stray nor may it be left alone for more than 4 hours on a regular basis.
7. An adopted bitch must be spayed if not already so. EB/Versailles Dog Rescue will pay for this under certain conditions. Failure to have a bitch spayed will result in EB/Versailles Dog Rescue reclaiming the animal.
8. Every adopted dog must be inoculated annually.
9. No EB/Versailles dog may be passed on (by sale or otherwise) to any third party. In the event of the adopter no longer wishing to keep the dog, it must be returned to EB/Versailles Dog Rescue.
10. No EB/Versaillesdog may be put to sleep without permission from EB/Versailles Dog Rescue.

Don’t be alarmed by any of this – we have been successfully rehoming dogs since 1991 and we know that these rules work for us, for our dogs and for those who adopt our dogs.

For those WHO DID NOT understand this : ALL RESCUE ADOPTED DOGS ARE SPEYED OR NEUTERED BEFORE LEAVING US WITHOUT PEDIGREE PAPERS.THE COST IS UNDERTAKEN BY US. WE DO HOWEVER OCCASIONALLY GIVE FREE SHOW DOGS TO THOSE WHO WISH TO UNDERTAKE SHOW CAREERS THEY COME WITH ALL PAPERS AND HEALTH TESTS RESULTS , IF YOU CAN NO LONGER SHOW THE DOGS MUST BE RETURNED TO US.
